1. Quiénes somos
Keryx TV es un servicio gratuito de televisión y streaming cristiano. Keryx TV es operado por KERYX TV LLC, una compañía de responsabilidad limitada de Texas, con sede en Arlington, Texas, EE. UU. ("Keryx TV", "nosotros").
Estos Términos cubren las aplicaciones de Keryx TV para Roku, Android, Amazon Fire TV, iOS y tvOS (las "Aplicaciones"), el sitio web keryxtv.com (el "Sitio"), la transmisión en vivo, los programas en demanda (VOD) y el portal de envío de programas en keryxtv.com/subir (en conjunto, los "Servicios").

2. Aceptación

3. Servicio gratuito, sin cuenta
Puede ver Keryx TV sin cuenta, sin inicio de sesión y sin pagar. Las Aplicaciones no tienen cuentas de usuario, registro, pagos ni compras dentro de la aplicación.
Keryx TV se sostiene con publicidad y patrocinios. Algunos programas incluyen mensajes de patrocinadores o anuncios. La Política de Privacidad explica cómo funcionan los anuncios.
Usted es responsable de su propia conexión a internet, sus dispositivos y cualquier cargo de datos de su proveedor.
4. Edad y niños
Keryx TV es un servicio para todo público, apto para familias. Algunos programas, como Deditos y Pastelito, están hechos para niños.
Los Servicios en su conjunto no están dirigidos a niños menores de 13 años, y no recopilamos a sabiendas información personal de niños menores de 13 años (o de la edad mínima en su país). Durante los programas infantiles solo guardamos conteos anónimos de televidentes, no mostramos anuncios personalizados, no usamos identificadores publicitarios del dispositivo y no creamos perfiles, como se explica en la Política de Privacidad.
Los niños pueden ver Keryx TV con la supervisión de sus padres o tutores. Los niños no deben escribirnos sin permiso de sus padres. Si cree que un niño nos ha dado información personal, escriba a admin@keryxtv.com y la eliminaremos.
El portal de envío de programas (keryxtv.com/subir) es solo para representantes de ministerios y productores que tengan 18 años o más.
5. Contenido y uso personal
Los programas, la señal, el logo, el nombre "Keryx TV", las Aplicaciones, el Sitio y su diseño pertenecen a KERYX TV LLC o a nuestros socios de programación (ministerios, productores y distribuidores) que nos dan permiso para transmitirlos. Están protegidos por las leyes de derechos de autor y de marcas.
Le damos permiso para ver los Servicios solo para su uso personal y no comercial, en sus propios dispositivos. Este permiso es limitado, no exclusivo, no se puede transferir y lo podemos retirar. No le da ningún derecho de propiedad sobre el contenido.
Si quiere mostrar Keryx TV en público (por ejemplo, en una iglesia, un negocio o un evento) o usar un programa de otra forma, pídanos permiso por escrito a programacion@keryxtv.com. Algunos programas pertenecen a terceros y podemos no tener derecho a autorizar ese uso.
6. Usos prohibidos
Al usar los Servicios, usted no debe:
- retransmitir, volver a publicar, compartir, vender o distribuir programas o la señal en vivo, incluso en redes sociales, ni descargarlos o copiarlos con herramientas que no sean las funciones normales de su dispositivo. Puede grabar programas con las funciones normales de su dispositivo solo para verlos usted mismo, en privado; esas grabaciones no se pueden compartir ni distribuir;
- vender, alquilar o cobrar por el acceso a los Servicios o a su contenido;
- extraer datos de los Servicios con robots, "scrapers" u otras herramientas automáticas, ni copiar la guía de programación o los enlaces de la transmisión para usarlos en otro servicio;
- burlar, desactivar o interferir con cualquier medida técnica de protección, de seguridad o de restricción por territorio;
- copiar, modificar, descompilar o hacer ingeniería inversa de las Aplicaciones, salvo en la medida en que la ley lo permita expresamente;
- sobrecargar, atacar o dañar los Servicios o los servidores de nuestros proveedores;
- usar los Servicios de forma ilegal o para hacer creer que tiene relación con Keryx TV o con un socio de programación cuando no la tiene.
Si no cumple estos Términos, podemos bloquear su acceso a los Servicios.
7. Las opiniones de los socios de programación son suyas
Muchos programas son producidos por ministerios, iglesias y productores independientes. Las opiniones, enseñanzas y afirmaciones de cada programa son de sus autores y no necesariamente de Keryx TV. Que un programa se transmita en Keryx TV no significa que respaldemos todo lo que dice.
Los programas no son asesoría médica, legal, financiera ni profesional. Consulte a un profesional para esos temas.

8. Disponibilidad y cambios en la programación
Hacemos lo posible para que Keryx TV esté disponible, pero no garantizamos que los Servicios funcionen siempre, sin interrupciones ni errores, ni que estén disponibles en todos los países o dispositivos.
La programación puede cambiar. Podemos cambiar horarios, retirar o reemplazar programas, quitar programas en demanda, o cambiar, suspender o terminar cualquier parte de los Servicios en cualquier momento, con o sin aviso. Algunos programas solo están disponibles por un tiempo limitado según nuestros acuerdos con los socios de programación.
9. Plataformas de terceros
Las Aplicaciones se descargan desde tiendas y se usan en dispositivos de otras compañías: Roku, Google Play, Amazon (Fire TV y Appstore) y Apple (App Store). Al usarlas, usted también acepta los términos y las políticas de privacidad de esas compañías. Ellas no son responsables de los Servicios de Keryx TV, salvo lo que digan sus propios términos.
Términos adicionales para las Aplicaciones de Apple (iOS y tvOS)
Si descargó la Aplicación KERYX TV desde el App Store de Apple, también se aplica lo siguiente. La Aplicación es gratuita y no tiene funciones pagadas:
a. Estos Términos son un acuerdo entre usted y KERYX TV LLC, no con Apple Inc. ("Apple"). KERYX TV LLC, y no Apple, es la única responsable de la Aplicación y de su contenido.
b. Su permiso para usar la Aplicación se limita a usarla en productos de marca Apple que usted posea o controle, según las Reglas de Uso de los Términos y Condiciones de los Servicios Multimedia de Apple, salvo que la Aplicación pueda usarse con otras cuentas asociadas por medio de Compartir en Familia o compras por volumen.
c. Apple no tiene ninguna obligación de dar mantenimiento ni soporte a la Aplicación. El soporte lo damos nosotros en admin@keryxtv.com.
d. Si la Aplicación no cumple con alguna garantía que aplique, usted puede avisar a Apple, y Apple le reembolsará el precio pagado por la Aplicación, si pagó alguno (la Aplicación es gratuita). En la máxima medida que permita la ley, Apple no tendrá ninguna otra obligación de garantía sobre la Aplicación. Cualquier otro reclamo, pérdida, responsabilidad, daño o gasto por no cumplir una garantía es responsabilidad de KERYX TV LLC, según estos Términos.
e. KERYX TV LLC, y no Apple, es responsable de atender cualquier reclamo suyo o de terceros sobre la Aplicación o sobre su posesión o uso, incluidos: (i) reclamos por responsabilidad de producto; (ii) reclamos de que la Aplicación no cumple con algún requisito legal o reglamentario; y (iii) reclamos bajo leyes de protección al consumidor, de privacidad o similares.
f. Si un tercero reclama que la Aplicación o su posesión y uso infringen sus derechos de propiedad intelectual, KERYX TV LLC, y no Apple, será la única responsable de investigar, defender, resolver y atender ese reclamo.
g. Usted declara que (i) no se encuentra en un país sujeto a un embargo del Gobierno de los EE. UU. o designado por ese gobierno como país que "apoya al terrorismo", y (ii) no aparece en ninguna lista del Gobierno de los EE. UU. de personas prohibidas o restringidas.
h. Si tiene preguntas, quejas o reclamos sobre la Aplicación, comuníquese con KERYX TV LLC en admin@keryxtv.com, Arlington, Texas, EE. UU.
i. Al usar la Aplicación, usted debe cumplir los términos de terceros que apliquen (por ejemplo, los de su proveedor de internet).
j. Apple y sus subsidiarias son terceros beneficiarios de estos Términos. Al aceptarlos, Apple tendrá el derecho (y se considerará que lo ha aceptado) de hacer cumplir estos Términos en su contra como tercero beneficiario.
10. Enlaces
Los Servicios pueden incluir enlaces a sitios, tiendas o redes sociales de terceros, incluidos los de nuestros socios de programación y patrocinadores. No controlamos esos sitios y no somos responsables de su contenido, productos ni políticas de privacidad. Visitarlos es su decisión.
11. Derechos de autor (DMCA)
Respetamos los derechos de autor. Si cree que algo en los Servicios infringe sus derechos, envíe una notificación a nuestro agente designado según la Ley de Derechos de Autor del Milenio Digital de los EE. UU. (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. 12. Garantías y limitación de responsabilidad
Los Servicios se ofrecen gratuitamente, "tal como están" y "según estén disponibles". En la máxima medida que permita la ley, KERYX TV LLC no da garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluidas las de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin determinado y no infracción. En la máxima medida que permita la ley, KERYX TV LLC y sus miembros, empleados, socios de programación y proveedores no serán responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, ni por pérdida de datos o ganancias, que resulten del uso o la imposibilidad de usar los Servicios. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo relacionado con los Servicios no superará cien dólares estadounidenses (US$100).

13. Indemnización
Si usted usa los Servicios en violación de estos Términos o de la ley, se compromete a defender y a cubrir a KERYX TV LLC y a sus miembros, empleados y socios de programación frente a reclamos, daños, pérdidas y gastos (incluidos honorarios razonables de abogados) causados por ese uso.
14. Ley aplicable y tribunales
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Texas y las leyes federales de los EE. UU. que apliquen, sin tomar en cuenta sus reglas sobre conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa relacionada con los Servicios se resolverá en los tribunales estatales o federales ubicados en el Condado de Tarrant, Texas, y usted acepta la jurisdicción de esos tribunales. Antes de presentar un reclamo, le pedimos que nos escriba a admin@keryxtv.com para tratar de resolverlo de forma amistosa.
15. Otros puntos
Si alguna parte de estos Términos no es válida, el resto sigue vigente. Si no exigimos el cumplimiento de alguna parte, no significa que renunciemos a ella. Podemos transferir estos Términos a un comprador u organización sucesora si los Servicios se venden o se transfieren. Estos Términos, junto con la Política de Privacidad, son el acuerdo completo entre usted y Keryx TV sobre el uso de los Servicios. Los programadores que envían contenido en keryxtv.com/subir también quedan sujetos a la autorización que aceptan en ese portal y a cualquier contrato firmado con nosotros; si hay diferencias, prevalece el contrato o la autorización.
16. Cambios a estos Términos
Podemos cambiar estos Términos. Publicaremos los cambios en esta página y actualizaremos la fecha de "Última actualización". Si el cambio es importante, por ejemplo si agregamos cuentas, pagos o donaciones, lo avisaremos en el Sitio o en las Aplicaciones antes de que entre en vigor. Si sigue usando los Servicios después del cambio, acepta los Términos actualizados.

1. Who we are
Keryx TV is a free Christian television and streaming service. Keryx TV is operated by KERYX TV LLC, a Texas limited liability company, based in Arlington, Texas, USA ("Keryx TV," "we," "us").
These Terms cover the Keryx TV apps for Roku, Android, Amazon Fire TV, iOS and tvOS (the "Apps"), the keryxtv.com website (the "Site"), the live stream, on-demand programs (VOD), and the program submission portal at keryxtv.com/subir (together, the "Services").

2. Acceptance
By using the Services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. These Terms do not change what that policy says.
3. Free service, no account
You can watch Keryx TV without an account, login, or payment. The Apps have no user accounts, registration, payments or in-app purchases.
Keryx TV is supported by advertising and sponsorships. Some programs include sponsor messages or ads. The Privacy Policy explains how ads work.
You are responsible for your own internet connection, your devices and any data charges from your provider.
4. Age and children
Keryx TV is a general-audience service suitable for families. Some programs, such as Deditos and Pastelito, are made for children.
The Services as a whole are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). During children's programs we keep only anonymous viewer counts, we do not show personalized ads, we do not use device advertising identifiers and we do not build profiles, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Children may watch Keryx TV with the supervision of their parents or guardians. Children should not email us without a parent's permission. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email admin@keryxtv.com and we will delete it.
The program submission portal (keryxtv.com/subir) is only for representatives of ministries and producers who are 18 or older.
5. Content and personal use
The programs, the signal, the logo, the "Keryx TV" name, the Apps, the Site and its design belong to KERYX TV LLC or to our program partners (ministries, producers and distributors) who give us permission to broadcast them. They are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
We give you permission to watch the Services only for your personal, non-commercial use, on your own devices. This permission is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and we may withdraw it. It does not give you any ownership rights in the content.
If you want to show Keryx TV in public (for example, in a church, a business or an event) or use a program in any other way, ask us for written permission at programacion@keryxtv.com. Some programs belong to third parties, and we may not have the right to authorize that use.
6. Prohibited uses
When using the Services, you must not:
- retransmit, republish, share, sell or distribute programs or the live signal, including on social media, or download or copy them with tools other than your device's normal functions. You may record programs with your device's normal functions only to watch them yourself, privately; those recordings may not be shared or distributed;
- sell, rent or charge for access to the Services or their content;
- extract data from the Services with robots, scrapers or other automated tools, or copy the program guide or stream links to use them in another service;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with any technical protection, security or territorial restriction measure;
- copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Apps, except to the extent the law expressly allows;
- overload, attack or damage the Services or our providers' servers;
- use the Services unlawfully or to suggest a relationship with Keryx TV or a program partner that does not exist.
If you do not follow these Terms, we may block your access to the Services.
7. Program partners' views are their own
Many programs are produced by ministries, churches and independent producers. The opinions, teachings and statements in each program belong to their authors and not necessarily to Keryx TV. Airing a program on Keryx TV does not mean we endorse everything it says.
Programs are not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Consult a professional on those matters.
If you believe a program is offensive, false or infringes rights, email programacion@keryxtv.com.
8. Availability and programming changes
We do our best to keep Keryx TV available, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always work without interruptions or errors, or that they will be available in every country or on every device.
Programming may change. We may change schedules, remove or replace programs, remove on-demand programs, or change, suspend or end any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. Some programs are available only for a limited time under our agreements with program partners.
9. Third-party platforms
The Apps are downloaded from stores and used on devices of other companies: Roku, Google Play, Amazon (Fire TV and Appstore) and Apple (App Store). By using them, you also accept those companies' terms and privacy policies. They are not responsible for the Keryx TV Services, except as their own terms say.
Additional terms for the Apple Apps (iOS and tvOS)
If you downloaded the KERYX TV App from Apple's App Store, the following also applies. The App is free and has no paid features:
a. These Terms are an agreement between you and KERYX TV LLC, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). KERYX TV LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
b. Your permission to use the App is limited to using it on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
c. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. We provide support at admin@keryxtv.com.
d. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App, if any (the App is free). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to a warranty are the responsibility of KERYX TV LLC under these Terms.
e. KERYX TV LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
f. If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, KERYX TV LLC, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
g. You represent that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
h. If you have questions, complaints or claims about the App, contact KERYX TV LLC at admin@keryxtv.com, Arlington, Texas, USA.
i. When using the App, you must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example, those of your internet provider).
j. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
10. Links
The Services may include links to third-party sites, stores or social networks, including those of our program partners and sponsors. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy policies. Visiting them is your choice.
11. Copyright (DMCA)
We respect copyright. If you believe something in the Services infringes your rights, send a notice to our designated agent under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. The designated agent's details (registration DMCA-1083930), what a notice must include, how to send a counter-notice and our repeat-infringer policy are on our Copyright (DMCA) page.

Anyone who knowingly and falsely claims that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, KERYX TV LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services are free of errors, viruses or interruptions, or that the content is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KERYX TV LLC and its members, employees, program partners and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Some laws do not allow certain exclusions or limits. In that case, they apply only to the extent allowed, and nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
13. Indemnity
If you use the Services in violation of these Terms or the law, you agree to defend and hold harmless KERYX TV LLC and its members, employees and program partners from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) caused by that use.
14. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing a claim, we ask that you email admin@keryxtv.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
15. Other points
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce any part, that does not mean we waive it. We may transfer these Terms to a buyer or successor organization if the Services are sold or transferred. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Keryx TV about the use of the Services. Programmers who submit content at keryxtv.com/subir are also bound by the authorization they accept on that portal and by any contract signed with us; if there are differences, the contract or authorization controls.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If the change is significant, for example if we add accounts, payments or donations, we will give notice on the Site or in the Apps before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after the change, you accept the updated Terms.
